Pricing FAQ

How billing works

A participant whose record is marked active in Plannor. Participants you deactivate or archive don’t count, so your price follows the people you support today.
When you reach the top of your band, Plannor asks you to move to the next band before adding another active participant. You can change band any time from the Subscription page — card subscriptions are adjusted (prorated) on your next invoice.
The annual price of each band is ten times its monthly price, paid once a year. You get twelve months for the price of ten. The “months free” label on this page is worked out from the real prices, so it always matches what you pay.
A new organisation pays $1 + GST for its first month. Your plan price starts after that, monthly or annually as you chose. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged again.
No. Prices are shown in AUD excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout. You receive a tax invoice for every payment.
Yes — enter it at checkout. A coupon discounts your plan price and replaces the first-month offer (one offer per signup). Coupons don’t apply to guided onboarding.
No. Support worker accounts are unlimited, and participants, their families and their plan managers get their own logins at no extra cost.
Choose “Support coordination” when you sign up and you’ll see the Support Coordination plan: $100 a month + GST with caseload, referrals, the provider directory and NDIA claiming.
